作者简介
安妮·埃尔诺（AnnieErnaux），法国当代著名作家。1940年出生出生于法国利勒博纳，在诺曼底的伊沃托度过青年时代。持有现代文学国家教师资格证，曾在安纳西、蓬图瓦兹和国家远程教育中心教书。她住在瓦兹谷地区的塞尔吉。2022年获诺贝尔文学奖。

An introduction to the Empty Closet
There may be a subjective perspective of memory, but Elno's writing is free of lies and fictions. Her first work, The Empty Wardrobe, was the beginning of this "Elnorian literature". In this debut novel, Ms. Erno tells the story in stark, raw sentences of her separation from the world around her: from an illegal abortion in her twenties, to a childhood of adjustment, to the trauma of adolescence, the shame of her family, and the abandonment of a bourgeois boy.
In the book, she talks about the mechanisms that create this division, about culture and the effect of a form of culture on the individual, which turns one person into another, into an enemy of the environment in which he lives.
About the author
Anne Ernaux is a famous contemporary French writer. Born in 1940 in Lillebonne, France, he spent his youth in Ivoto, Normandy. He holds a national teacher's Certificate in Modern Literature and has taught in Annecy, Pontoise and at the National Centre for Distance Education. She lives in Serge in the Oise Valley region. He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2022.
