作者简介
牟田和惠（KazueMuta）
1956年生人，日本当代著名社会学家。现任大阪大学人文科学研究院名誉教授，曾任哈佛大学客座研究员、哥伦比亚大学客座教授。她于2009年创办非营利组织“女性行动网络”（WAN），并担任第一任理事长（现任理事长为上野千鹤子）。
1989年，她深度参与了福冈性骚扰案的审判工作。该案是日本首例性骚扰诉讼案，令“性骚扰”一词广为普及。此后，她持续调查了大量性骚扰案例，以专家身份为许多庭审写过意见书，被誉为“全日本最了解性骚扰问题的学者”。

About the author
KazueMuta
Born in 1956, he is a famous contemporary Japanese sociologist. He is an honorary professor at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sciences of Osaka University, and was a visiting research fellow at Harvard University and a visiting professor at Columbia University. She founded the non-profit Women's Action Network (WAN) in 2009 and served as its first president (currently Chizoko Ueno).
In 1989, she was heavily involved in the Fukuoka sexual harassment trial. The case was Japan's first sexual harassment lawsuit and popularized the term "sexual harassment." Since then, she has continued to investigate a large number of sexual harassment cases, writing opinions for many trials as an expert, and is known as "the most knowledgeable scholar on sexual harassment in Japan."
