郁闷闷。
某三甲医院精神卫生中心护士，从业14年。自2022年起动笔记录精神病院里的真实经历。作者笔下的故事，视角不悲悯、不同情，语言平实，视角平等。对很多人来说难以启齿的精神疾病，在她笔下变得并不可怖。她说，希望在力所能及的工作之外，激起一些共鸣，希望人与人之间有更多的理解。她想告诉病患家属，很多人都在共同经历着相同困境，他们不是一个人孤独绝望地面对。

About the author

Nurse in Mental Health Center of a Top three hospital for 14 years. Since 2022, I have been writing about real-life experiences in psychiatric hospitals. The author's story, the perspective is not compassionate, not sympathetic, the language is plain, the perspective is equal. Mental illness, which for many people is unspeakable, becomes unfrightening in her writing. She said that she hoped to arouse some resonance beyond what she could do, and hoped that there would be more understanding between people. She wants to tell the families that many people are going through the same difficulties, and that they are not alone and desperate.
