作者简介
丽诺尔·纽曼（LenoreNewman，1973—），文化地理学家，加拿大科学作家和传播者奖得主，菲沙河谷大学地理与环境学副教授、食品和农业研究所主任，主要从事饮食地理学方向的研究。

LenoreNewman (1973 -) is a cultural geographer, winner of the Canadian Science Writer and Communicator Award, Associate Professor of Geography and Environment at the University of the Fraser Valley, and Director of the Institute of Food and Agriculture.
