作者简介
罗雨翔，美国注册城市规划师。参与以及主持北美20余地区的地产开发、经济发展政策与公共领域投资项目。曾就职于纽约市政府，于美国规划协会（APA）、城市土地学会（ULI）演讲。哈佛大学建筑硕士，伦敦政治经济学院区域经济发展硕士。注重从政治经济的角度研究城市空间发展的议题，曾获世界银行都市扶贫学术研究奖，并在《澎湃新闻》《新建筑》等媒体发表文章。

About the author
Luo Yuxiang is a certified urban planner in the United States. Participates in and directs real estate development, economic development policy and public sector investment projects in more than 20 locations in North America. He has served in New York City and lectured at the American Planning Association (APA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Master of Architecture, Harvard University, Master of Regional Economic Development, London School of Economics and Political Science. Focusing on the study of urban spatial development from the perspective of political economy, he has won the World Bank Academic Research Award for Urban Poverty alleviation, and published articles in the Paper, New Building and other media.
