张伟然，1965年生，湖南安仁人。复旦大学中国历史地理研究所教授、博士生导师，中国地理学会历史地理专业委员会主任，西泠印社社员。主要研究历史文化地理及相关领域。著有《湖南历史文化地理研究》《湖北历史文化地理研究》《中古文学的地理意象》《女性与亲情文化：基于湘东南“讨鼓旗”的研究》等。

In Chinese history, the symbiotic interaction between culture and nature is not uncommon, and it is particularly evident in the Xiangjiang River. From the "Xuanyuan Xi of Linyuan Xiang" in the Ci of Chu to the "Hunan Qing Jedi, a long history" in Du Fu's pen, from the repeatedly depicted "Eight Scenes of Xiaoxiang" to the ancient qin song "Xiaoxiang Water Cloud", the land of Huxiang people are outstanding and the civilization is born alongside the water, and the river is also known for it. In addition, the geographical environment along the Xiangjiang River affects the clothing, food, housing and transportation of one side, and further creates the regional character of Huxiang area, the inheritance of schools, and the formation and evolution of dialects and folk customs.

About the author
Zhang Weiran was born in 1965 in Anren, Hunan Province. Professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Chinese Historical Geography, Fudan University, Director of the Historical Geography Committee of the Chinese Geographical Society, member of Xiling Seal Society. He mainly studies historical and cultural geography and related fields. He is the author of "Research on Hunan Historical and Cultural Geography", "Research on Hubei Historical and Cultural Geography", "Geographical Image of Medieval Literature", "Women and Family Culture: A Study based on the" drum Flag "in southeast Hunan" and so on.
