作者简介
胡章军
福建师范大学MBA教育中心客座教授、资深广告人，现在上海从事数字营销、企业咨询和知识服务工作。
曾任广东省广告公司（现省广集团，中国广告第一股）媒介策划副总监，上海广告有限公司执行媒介总监，分时传媒上海公司总经理等职位，为国内外众多知名品牌提供广告、品牌、媒体、电商、数字营销服务。
他没有读过高中和大学，初中毕业后就参加工作，但工作之余坚持自学，最终考取国家统招研究生，毕业后在北京、上海、广州等地工作。
自学让他从一个水泥厂工人成长为多家知名公司高管和大学客座教授。
30多年上下求索的最大体会归结为四个字，即本书主题——自主学习。

About the author
Hu Zhang's Legion
Visiting professor, MBA Education Center, Fujian Normal University, senior advertiser, now engaged in digital marketing, corporate consulting and knowledge services in Shanghai.
He has served as deputy director of media planning of Guangdong Advertising Company (now Provincial Guang Group, China's first advertising share), Executive director of Shanghai Advertising Co., LTD., General manager of Time-Sharing Media Shanghai Company, etc., providing advertising, brand, media, e-commerce and digital marketing services for many well-known brands at home and abroad.
He did not go to high school or university, and started to work after graduating from junior high school. However, he insisted on self-study in his spare time, and finally passed the national entrance examination for postgraduate students. After graduation, he worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places.
Self-education has taken him from a cement factory worker to a number of well-known company executives and university visiting professor.
