《酒人酒事》内容简介

　　酒，可谓泽被众生。古今中外，好酒贪杯者难以胜数，而真正知酒乐饮，且形诸笔墨者，却属少数。本书辑录了包括周作人、张中行、唐鲁孙、金受申、王蒙等现当代58位学者、作家的散文、随笔共69篇。他们中有的是品酒名家，上海的柜台酒、京味十足的大酒缸，酒香四溢，令人神往；有的是自得其乐，或月下独酌，或与酒友浅斟，无鲸吸百川之量，但求悠然舒雅之味；有的则不会喝，或干脆不喜欢酒，却倒也乐谈酒事。

　　本书由北京大学中文系夏晓虹教授携杨早博士编选，内分四辑：辑一“何以解忧”直接谈酒，兼及酒故，陶渊明之贪杯，刘伶之沉湎，李白之豪饮，读来逸趣横生；辑二“壶边天下”说各地酒品，苦老酒、绿茵陈、绍兴老酒、回沙茅台，酒未入唇，意已微醺；辑三“酒话连篇”泛谈酒史与文化，既有酿造之法，也有饮者之德，还有酒令之趣；辑四“酒界往事”忆旧念故，或思及挚友，或怀念亲人，或感慨人生，世味在酒香中弥漫。诚如编者所说：“当年的豪举氤氲化为纸上的墨迹，追思起来才更显韵味深长。”

　　夏晓虹，北京大学中文系教授、博士生导师。主要研究领域为近代中国的文学思潮、女性生活与社会文化。著有《觉世与传世——梁启超的文学道路》《晚清文人妇女观》《晚清女性与近代中国》等书。

　　杨早，中国社会科学院文学所研究员，主要关注中国近现代舆论史与文化览、当代文化研究等。著有《野史记》《说史记》《民国了》等，编有《话题》系列及《沈从文集》《汪曾祺集》。

"Wine man wine Affairs" content introduction

Wine, can be said to be the benefit of sentient beings. At all times, at home and abroad, those who love wine and drink are hard to count, but those who really know wine and enjoy drinking and write about it are few. This book is edited by Professor Xia Xiaohong and Dr. Yang Zao of the Chinese Department of Peking University. About the author

Xia Xiaohong is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Chinese Literature at Peking University. Her research interests include contemporary Chinese literary trends, women's lives and social culture. He is the author of several books, including Liang Qichao's Literary Path, Women View of literati in Late Qing Dynasty, Women in Late Qing Dynasty and Modern China.

Yang Zao is a researcher at the Institute of Literature at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, focusing on the history and culture of modern Chinese public opinion and contemporary cultural studies. He has written "Wild History Records", "Said History Records", "Republic of China", etc., and compiled "Topic" series and "Shen Congwen Collection" and "Wang Zengqi Collection".
