About the author
Will Eisner is the world famous comic art master, he is honored as the "father of the graphic novel", the American comic industry Oscar "Eisner Award" named after him. In 1978, the publication of his masterpiece, The Contract with God, marked the beginning of an era. The word "graphic novel" was printed in the official publication for the first time, and since then the graphic novel has its own life, becoming a genre alongside literature and art.
