作者简介
林卫辉，美食作家、食评人，公众号“辉尝好吃”主理人，曾担任《风味人间》《沸腾吧火锅》等纪录片美食顾问，长期致力于美食文化的挖掘、传播与弘扬，已出版作品有《吃的江湖》《粤食方知味：懂食，从粤菜开始》《吃对了吗》《上新吧，福味》《咸鱼白菜也好味》等。
