穆继文
北京市人，中央党校硕士研究生学历。曾为军人，现任职于天津市公安局，为一级高级警长。
作者从基层民警做起，历任派出所所长，分局指挥室主任，分局分管刑侦、巡特警等公安业务副局长等职，有着丰富的办案经验。
作为作家，穆继文是中国作家协会会员、天津市作家协会第四届全委会委员、天津市作家协会文学院签约作家。
中、短篇小说及诗歌作品散见于《飞天》《鸭绿江》《大家》《天津文学》《小说林》《海外文摘》（文学版）等文学期刊，著有诗集《午夜的风》等，被誉为“警察诗人”。

About the author

Mu Jiwen
Born in Beijing, master degree of the Central Party School. He used to be a soldier and now works in Tianjin Public Security Bureau as a senior police chief.
The author started from the grass-roots police, successively served as the director of the police station, the director of the branch command room, and the deputy director of the branch in charge of criminal investigation, patrol police and other public security operations, and has rich experience in case handling.
As a writer, Mu Jiwen is a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a member of the fourth National Committee of the Tianjin Writers Association, and a contracted writer of the Tianjin Writers Association.
Chinese and short stories and poetry works are scattered in "Flying Sky", "Yalu River", "Everyone", "Tianjin Literature", "Novel Forest", "Overseas Digest" (literary edition) and other literary journals, and his poetry collection "Midnight Wind", known as "police poet".
