作者简介
吉达·克里希那穆提，印度著名哲学家，是与20世纪60年代开始的“新时代运动”（NewAgeMovement，又称“东西文化合流运动”）紧密相关的思想大师，在西方有非常大的影响。他主张真理纯属个人了悟，一定要用自己的思考来照亮自己。他一生的教诲都在帮助人类从恐惧中彻底解脱，体会生活的真正乐趣。他的四十余本著作，全是由演讲和谈话集结而成，目前已被译成47种文字。

Being able to love is the most practical thing. Krishnamurti, with his familiar friendly attitude and step-by-step approach, explores deeply the true meaning of freedom, the relationship between man and mind, what is love, the root of fear, consciousness and subconscious, life and death, the nature of violence, and fundamental changes in human beings. Krishnamurti argues that we must be free before we can explore. Only by getting rid of all knowledge, theories, prejudices and other attachments, and observing with your heart, can you see the truth. He believes that war, ambition, greed, lifestyle and education are unrealistic compared to love. But love, lack of ambition, being able to think for yourself without being influenced by what others say, all these things are very practical.

Jida Krishnamurti, a famous Indian philosopher, is an ideological master closely related to the "NewAgeMovement" (NewAgeMovement, also known as the "East-West Cultural Convergence movement"), which began in the 1960s. He has great influence in the West. He argued that truth is purely personal realization and must be illuminated by one's own thinking. His teachings throughout his life have helped human beings to be completely free from fear and to experience the true joy of life. His more than forty books, all assembled from lectures and talks, have been translated into 47 languages.
