　　《创新，从提问开始》是著名企业家、投资人陈明键先生在以色列访学期间，一边创立药企积极合作实践，一边以“以色列早期教育与后期创新”这个课题研究为线索，沉浸式体验和思考的结晶。作者在以色列的一年半里，结识了众多犹太学者、教育家，到访过许多犹太家庭、学校和机构，深入到耶路撒冷的各种生活场景。并紧抓住“创新与教育的关系”这个核心，先后访谈过一百多位各界人士，既有诺奖得主、前总理发言人、前大学校长、大学教授、大拉比、犹太文化专家，又有子孙满堂的老祖母、保安队长、垃圾乐园负责人、犹太女子学校和农业学校的师生……最终精选出二十余篇，形成系列访谈结集，指出了理解犹太创新教育模式的关键线索：这种模式根源于犹太教几千年来形成的推崇学习、强调思辨的传统，反映出“以求真的方式来问道”的基本文化取向，体现于当代以色列生活的方方面面。而个中的种种方式和细节，值得读者深思、借鉴，形成属于自己的答案。

　　清华大学经济学学士，斯坦福大学、希伯来大学访问学者，清华大学五道口金融学院业界讲师，民智国际研究院理事长。曾受聘北京奥组委，担任“2008年北京奥运会财务顾问”，并曾荣获胡润百富“点金圣手”奖。

　　他曾先后创办清华紫光投资顾问公司、东方高圣公司，主导、参与国内多家高增长企业并购、重组案，案例入选MBA经典教学案例。出版《交易致胜》《并购革命》《路线》《交待》《交易》等多部专著。

　　2019-2020年，陈明键赴以色列希伯来大学做访问学者，就犹太早期教育与后期创新关系做了一年多二访学，尝试用学习科学的研究方法审读探索学习模式。

"Innovation, Starting from the question" is a crystallization of immersive experience and thinking by famous entrepreneur and investor Mr. Chen Mingjian during his study visit in Israel, while actively cooperating with the establishment of pharmaceutical companies, and taking the research of "early education and late innovation in Israel" as a clue. During his year and a half in Israel, the author met many Jewish scholars and educators, visited many Jewish homes, schools and institutions, and penetrated into various scenes of life in Jerusalem. Focusing on the core of "the relationship between innovation and education", he has interviewed more than 100 people from all walks of life, including Nobel Prize winners, former prime minister's spokesman, former university presidents, university professors, chief rabbinates, experts in Jewish culture, grandmothers with grandchildren, security chiefs, heads of trashland, teachers and students of Jewish girls' schools and agricultural schools... Finally, more than 20 articles were selected to form a series of interviews, pointing out the key clues to understanding the Jewish innovative education model: this model is rooted in the Jewish tradition of advocating learning and emphasizing speculation formed over thousands of years, reflecting the basic cultural orientation of "asking in a real way", which is reflected in all aspects of contemporary Israeli life. About the author

Chen Mingjian

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tsinghua University, a visiting scholar from Stanford University and Hebrew University, an industry lecturer at Pudaokou School of Finance, Tsinghua University, and the chairman of the Institute of People's Wisdom International. He was employed by the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee as the "Financial Advisor for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games" and was awarded the "Golden Hand" Award by the Hurun Report.

He has founded Tsinghua Unigroup Investment Consulting Company and Oriental Gaosen Company, led and participated in a number of domestic high-growth enterprise mergers and acquisitions, restructuring cases, cases selected as MBA classic teaching cases. Published a number of monographs, such as "Deal Wins", "Merger and Acquisition Revolution", "Route", "Confession" and "Transaction".

From 2019 to 2020, Chen Mingjian went to the Hebrew University of Israel as a visiting scholar, and did two visits for more than one year on the relationship between early education and late innovation in Judaism, trying to use the research method of learning science to review and explore learning models.
