《玉扣纸》内容简介
玉扣纸制作技艺，于2019年入选福建省级非物质文化遗产名录。本书以盛产优质“内山玉扣纸”的“闽西纸都”——宁化县治平畲族乡为中心地域，搜集、整理并利用地方档案、调查报告、报刊杂志，以及族谱、契约、仪式观察、口述访谈等民间文献，探讨纸史、纸业史、纸产区社会经济发展史相关议题，认为玉扣纸制作技艺的独特之处，在于造纸工匠采用最简易的生料法制作方式，却能通过精细的品质管控，制作出高质量竹纸。玉扣纸制作技艺的磨练，不能脱离技术工人所生活的社会经济条件和人文制度环境来理解。追求玉扣纸独特性的延续，营造一种“玉扣美感”，应在生产者、经销者和消费者中生成、培育和养护对于玉扣纸的共有知识和共同情感。
作者简介
陈瑶，厦门大学历史与文化遗产学院副教授，厦门大学历史系学士、硕士，香港中文大学历史系博士，曾为香港中文大学香港特别行政区大学教育资助委员会卓越学科领域计划“中国社会的历史人类学研究”访问学人、日本京都大学人文科学研究所访问学者。长期致力于明清以来区域社会经济史研究，著有《籴粜之局：清代湘潭的米谷贸易与地方社会》（厦门大学出版社2017年版）、《江河行地：近代长江中游的船民与木帆船航运业》（商务印书馆2023年版）。
"Jade buckle paper" content introduction
The production technique of jade buckle paper was selected into the Fujian Provincial intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2019. Taking the "paper capital of Minxi", Zhiping She Nationality Township in Ninghua County, as the central area, this book collects, collates and utilizes local archives, investigation reports, newspapers and magazines, as well as folk documents such as genealogies, contracts, ritual observations, oral interviews, etc., to discuss issues related to the history of paper, the history of paper industry, and the social and economic development history of paper producing areas. It is believed that the unique feature of Yujiao paper production technique lies in the fact that paper makers can make high-quality bamboo paper by using the simplest method of raw material production, but through fine quality control. The honing of the production skills of jade buckle paper can not be understood from the social and economic conditions and humanistic system environment in which skilled workers live. To pursue the continuation of the uniqueness of jade buckle paper and create a "jade buckle beauty", we should generate, cultivate and maintain the common knowledge and common emotion for jade buckle paper among producers, distributors and consumers.
About the author
Chen Yao, Associate Professor, School of History and Cultural Heritage, Xiamen University, Bachelor and Master of History, Xiamen University, Doctor of History, Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was a Visiting Scholar of the "Historical Anthropological Research in Chinese Society" under the Areas of Excellence Programme of the University Grants Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a visiting scholar at the Institute of Human Sciences, Kyoto University, Japan. He has long been committed to the study of regional social and economic history since Ming and Qing Dynasties, and his books are: Buy Bureau: Rice Grain Trade and Local Society in Xiangtan in the Qing Dynasty (Xiamen University Press, 2017) and River Land: Boat People and Wooden Sailing Industry in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River in Modern Times (Commercial Press, 2023).
