作者简介
张夏准(1963年－)，韩国发展经济学泰斗。1992年获得剑桥大学政治经济学博士，毕业后即被剑桥大学聘为政治经济学发展的研究员。曾受马克思主义政治经济学的深刻影响。张夏准曾写过多本经济政策书籍。他还在世界银行、亚洲开发银行、欧洲投资银行担任顾问，还曾在乐施会中任职。张夏准还在华盛顿的经济政治研究中心（CEPR）工作。2005年张夏准与哥伦比亚大学的Richard Nelson一起获得李昂铁夫经济学奖(Leontief Prize)，张夏准也是"剑桥经济期刊"的编辑之一。
The Hypocrisy of Rich Countries
The Hypocrisy of Rich Countries uses a large number of informative and vivid cases to delve into issues related to economic development such as free trade, foreign capital controls, state-owned enterprises, intellectual property rights, and fiscal prudence, revealing a powerful fact: The so-called orthodoxy advocated by rich countries and international institutions is often bad for economic development, while the protectionist measures such as tariffs, subsidies, and foreign capital controls that they lobby developing countries to eliminate are powerful tools for their enrichment. As "experienced" developed countries, relying on their political and economic advantages, continue to advocate liberal development strategies to developing countries, the purpose of which is only to "kick off the ladder" and prevent developing countries from developing along the road they have taken.
About the author
Jang Ha-Jun (born 1963) is a South Korean development economist. He received his PhD in Political economy from the University of Cambridge in 1992 and was appointed as a Research fellow in the development of Political Economy by the University of Cambridge. He was deeply influenced by Marxist political economy. Mr. Jang has written several books on economic policy. He has also advised the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the European Investment Bank, and has worked for Oxfam. Jang also works at the Center for Economic and Political Research (CEPR) in Washington. In 2005, he was awarded the Leontief Prize in Economics together with Richard Nelson of Columbia University, and is one of the editors of the Cambridge Journal of Economics.
