克莱尔·亨特（ClareHunter）
少女时代起即与针线为伴，曾在剧院工作，做过策展人，后投身社区艺术。她是“SewingMatters”网站的发起者。1984年英国煤矿工人大罢工期间她接触到了横幅制作，之后的二十多年里她始终致力于此，同时继续着自己作为社区艺术家和策展人的职业生涯，并在格拉斯哥开办了一家社区企业，推广“针线与人类生活密切相关”这一理念。
2016年获得苏格兰创意奖，2017年入围《美学》杂志创意写作奖决选。

About the author
Claire Hunter
She has worked with needle and thread since she was a girl, worked in theatre, as a curator, and then became involved in community art. She is the founder of the website SewingMatters. She was introduced to banner making during the 1984 coal miners' strike in the UK and continued to do so for more than two decades, while continuing her career as a community artist and curator and starting a community enterprise in Glasgow to promote the idea that needle and thread are intimately connected to human life.
She won the Scottish Creative Award in 2016 and was a finalist in Aesthetics magazine's Creative Writing Award in 2017.
