作者简介
张绵厘，教授，1964年毕业于南开大学，先后在中共北京市朝阳区委和国家文化部工作，退休前任中央文化管理干部学院党委书记兼常务副院长，北京市教委高校教师系列高级职称评审委员会学科评议组成员。主要著作有《实用逻辑教程》、《新时期文化政策与党的三代领导核心的文艺思想》（合著）、《文化政策和文化法规知识读本》（主编）等。发表学术论文若干。还发表了《青春的蓓蕾比花美》等抒情诗。

About the author
Zhang Mianli, professor, graduated from Nankai University in 1964, has worked in Beijing Chaoyang District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Culture, retired former Party secretary and executive vice president of the Central Academy of Cultural Management, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education teacher series senior title evaluation committee member of the discipline evaluation group. His main works include "Practical Logic Course", "Cultural Policy in the New Era and Literary and Artistic Thought of the Core of the Party's Three Generations of Leadership" (co-authored), "Cultural Policy and Cultural Laws and Regulations Knowledge Reader" (edited) and so on. Published several academic papers. He also published lyrics such as "The Buds of Youth are more beautiful than flowers."
