About the author
Jim Rogers is a global investor, former partner of Quantum Fund, and professor of finance.
He earned his first bucket of gold at the age of 5, went into Wall Street alone at the age of 26, earned enough wealth for his life at the age of 37, and retired early. He traveled around the world twice, accurately predicted the 1987 stock market crash, took the lead in predicting the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, and created the Rogers International Commodity Index. He is known by the western media as "the myth of Wall Street" and "the magician with a crystal ball", and has long written for the world famous publications such as Time, Forbes, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal.
