A brief introduction to Genteel Madness
"Elegant Madness" is the representative work of Basbaine, the authority of Western calligraphy, and the immortal classic of Western calligraphy in the 20th century. It is not only vast in content, across the ancient and modern, but also vast in length and grand in pattern. It tells the story of 2,500 years, more than 100 book collection yuppies, the insistent pursuit of books, one of the most elegant and expensive in the world, thrilling rare book auctions, breathtaking anecdotes, lingering meaningful book love... The book is full of all kinds of strange, but all kinds of attractive book fanatics, and one beat the other. Passion walks with vicissitudes of life, elegance dances with madness, because of mankind's eternal love for books.
