《乘雁集》内容简介
“自己的书斋不可给人家看见，因为这是危险的事，怕被看去了自己的心思。”本书作者周运所做的便是打开学者书斋的一角，让我们得以探头看看内里的风景。
周运以国家图书馆所藏近现代学人藏书，和淘书所得西文藏书为依托，为我们闲闲道来书籍流传的因缘趣事，以及书中批注所透露的治学线索。这些学者包括严复、傅斯年、毛子水、威廉·詹姆斯等。
作者用力最深的当属“周作人藏书聚散考”。周运从海量的民国报刊报道中，梳理出战后周作人入狱以及藏书被充公的过程；通过调查国图藏书目录及周作人本人日记整理出一份“知堂外文藏书知见目录”，勾稽外文藏书407条，存疑藏书159条。
本书是资料性质的，但又不止于资料，是书话的深化，也可作为学术史的外编。

周运，曾供职书店与出版社，现为自由撰稿人。有多篇文章发表于《中国文化》《文汇学人》《南方都市报》等处。

"Do not let others see your study, because it is a dangerous thing, for fear that your mind will be seen." What Zhou Yun, the author of this book, has done is to open a corner of the scholar's study so that we can probe the scenery inside.
Relying on the collection of modern and contemporary scholars in the National Library and the collection of Western language books obtained from book shopping, Zhou Yun tells us the interesting causes and causes of the spread of books and the clues of research revealed by the annotations in the books.
The author's deepest effort is "Zhou Zuoren collection of books together and scattered examination". Zhou Yun sorted out the process of Zhou Zuoren's imprisonment and the confiscation of his books from the massive reports of the Republic of China newspapers after the war. Through the investigation of the catalogue of national map books and Zhou Zuoren's diary, a catalogue of foreign books in Zhitang was compiled, including 407 foreign books and 159 doubtful books.
This book is of the nature of information, but it is more than information, is the deepening of the book, and can also be used as an external compilation of academic history.
About the author
Zhou Yun, formerly a bookstore and publisher, is now a freelance writer. Many articles have been published in "Chinese Culture", "Wenhui Economist", "Southern Metropolis Daily", etc.
