《发展与超越》内容简介

　　党的二十大擘画了全面建设社会主义现代化强国、以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟蓝图，也开启了我国全面迈向现代化强国的新征程。中国式现代化，是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化，是人口规模巨大的现代化，是全体人民共同富裕的现代化，是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化，是人与自然和谐共生的现代化，是走和平发展道路的现代化。

　　本书从理论基础、核心问题和战略实施三个方面分别阐述了中国式现代化的意义内涵、重点问题和实现路径。作者多年来从事宏观经济和政治经济学研究，运用马克思主义政治经济学基本理论和中国特色社会主义政治经济学最新成果，从理论与实践层面对如何认识中国式现代化、当前中国式现代化进程中存在哪些问题和挑战、如何在党的领导下推进中国式现代化进程进行深入分析。

　　本书共有三个核心篇章：“理论基础篇”解读中国式现代化具有的现代化共性和社会主义现代化的个性、具体内涵和本质要求；“核心问题篇”提出中国式现代化需要面对的几大核心问题，包括“中等收入陷阱”、“修昔底德陷阱”、“李约瑟之谜”、“鲍莫尔病”、“金德尔伯格陷阱”、“明斯基时刻”和“卢梭陷阱”；“战略实施篇”从党的领导、中国特色社会主义经济制度、新发展理念、现代化经济体系等多个角度阐释中国式现代化的实现路径。

　　本书立足中国式现代化新征程，对中国式现代化进行了多维度研究，有助于社会各界深入认识和深刻把握中国式现代化的理论与实践，增强道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信，为全面实现中国式现代化砥砺前行。

　　刘元春，经济学博士，上海财经大学校长、党委副书记，中国式现代化研究院院长，习近平经济思想研究院院长。中国金融四十人论坛成员、中国经济50人论坛成员，教育部高等学校公共管理类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员，中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程首席专家，长江学者特聘教授，“十四五”规划专家委员会委员，国务院特聘专家，国家“百千万人才工程”有突出贡献中青年专家，国家新世纪人才，“孙冶方经济科学奖”获得者。主要研究领域为开放宏观经济学和世界经济学。

Introduction to Development and Beyond

The 20 National Congresses of the CPC drew up a blueprint for comprehensively building a strong modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization, and set out a new journey for China to become a strong modern country. Chinese-style modernization means socialist modernization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China; it means a huge population; it means common prosperity for all the people; it means harmony between material and spiritual civilizations; it means harmony between man and nature; and it means taking the path of peaceful development.

This book expounds the significance, connotation, key issues and realization path of Chinese-style modernization from three aspects: theoretical basis, core issues and strategic implementation. The author has been engaged in macroeconomic and political economy research for many years, using the basic theories of Marxist political economy and the latest achievements of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. From the theoretical and practical level, this paper analyzes how to understand Chinese modernization, what problems and challenges exist in the current process of Chinese modernization, and how to promote the process of Chinese modernization under the leadership of the Party.

There are three core chapters in this book: The "Theoretical basis" explains the modernization commonality of Chinese modernization and the personality, specific connotation and essential requirements of socialist modernization; "Core Issues" puts forward several core issues that Chinese modernization needs to face, including "middle income trap", "Thucydides trap", "Needham's mystery", "Baumer's disease", "Kindleberger trap", "Minsky moment" and "Rousseau trap"; The "Strategy Implementation chapter" explains the realization path of Chinese-style modernization from the perspectives of the Party's leadership, the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics, the new development concept, and the modern economic system.

Based on the new journey of Chinese modernization, this book provides a multi-dimensional study of Chinese modernization, which will help all sectors of society to have a deeper understanding and grasp of the theory and practice of Chinese modernization, enhance self-confidence in the path, theory, system and culture, and forge ahead for the full realization of Chinese modernization.
