作者简介
苏万康·塔玛冯萨（SouvankhamThammavongsa）
加拿大籍老挝裔女作家。1978年出生于泰国廊开的老挝难民营，在加拿大长大并接受教育，学习英文。冲突与多元的成长背景成为她创作的养分，促使她寻找并捕捉属于自己的故事。她著有诗集《小争论》（SmallArguments）、《找到》（Found）、《光》（Light）。她的第一部短篇小说集《我不知道这该怎么念》于2020年11月9日获加拿大最高文学奖吉勒奖。

About the author
SouvankhamThammavongsa
Canadian writer of Laotian descent. Born in 1978 in a Laotian refugee camp in Nong Khai, Thailand, he was raised and educated in Canada, where he learned English. The conflicting and diverse background of her upbringing has become the nourishment of her creation, prompting her to find and capture her own story. She is the author of the poetry collections "SmallArguments," "Found," and "Light." Her first collection of short stories, I Don't Know How to Read This, won the Giller Prize, Canada's highest literary award, on November 9, 2020.

She has a master's degree in translation from School of Foreign Languages, Peking University, and has translated Forgotten Idaho.
