About the author
Rennie Browne is an American literary publishing veteran who has worked as an editor for more than five decades. She entered the publishing world in her early 20s and quickly became a senior editor at WilliamMorrow, a prominent literary publishing house. In 1980, she founded TheEditorialDepartment, the first full-service editorial consulting firm in the United States, and helped to revise several best-selling works, such as Shevy Stevens' After the Missing, which has long been a New York Times bestseller.
Dave Eking is a well-known independent editor and a contributing editor to the writing magazine Writer's Digest. The manuscripts range from mystery novels, historical novels, young adult novels, romance novels to personal memoirs. He now lives in Massachusetts with his wife, grows his own vegetables, raises two chickens, owns his own forest, and hopes that all of his clients will one day become full-time writers.
