"The Best Old Age" content introduction

Everyone will grow old, but a small action today can save us and our loved ones decades of suffering in our later years.

It is not the sudden death that makes people fear, but the endless torment of being unable to take care of themselves and being bedridden.

Psychologist Daniel J. Levitin is also gradually entering old age, and one morning he found that the words in the newspaper could not be read clearly, he thought that the newspaper had changed the size, and even suspected that his arm had shrunk overnight. The abruptness of his aging prompted him to think endlessly, and to combine what he thought, learned, and researched into a book.

From the perspective of popular science, this book explains to readers what life in old age is like and what difficulties the elderly will face, so that we can understand our aging relatives with a more careful and considerate attitude; It will also introduce the scientific facts related to aging and help us to prepare for aging in advance; In addition, the author also shares some excellent cases of old-age care and hospice care around the world, as well as the lives of some elderly people who will live their old age with enjoyment. Global aging is inevitable, but we can choose to rage against the passing of time rather than go gently into the good night.
