加夫列尔·加西亚·马尔克斯Gabriel García Márquez
1927年出生于哥伦比亚马格达莱纳海滨小镇阿拉卡塔卡。童年与外祖父母一起生活。1936年随父母迁居苏克雷。1947年考入波哥大国立大学。1948年进入报界。五十年代开始出版文学作品。1967年出版《百年孤独》。1982年获诺贝尔文学奖。1985年《霍乱时期的爱情》问世。2014年4月17日于墨西哥病逝。
乌戈·贝尔托蒂Ugo Bertotti
1954年出生于意大利特伦托。毕业于米兰布雷拉美术学院，自七十年代起开始绘画与文字创作。代表作有非虚构漫画《也门妇女》，图像小说《艾莎的世界》《生存》等。2021年，贝尔托蒂改编并绘制了经典名著《霍乱时期的爱情》。

About the author
Gabriel Garcia Marquez
Born in 1927 in Aracataca, a small coastal town in Magdalena, Colombia. He lived with his maternal grandparents as a child. He moved to Sucre with his parents in 1936. He was admitted to the National University of Bogota in 1947. He entered the press in 1948. Literary works began to be published in the 1950s. One Hundred Years of Solitude was published in 1967. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1982. Love in the Time of Cholera was published in 1985. He died on 17 April 2014 in Mexico.
Ugo Bertotti
Born in Trento, Italy in 1954. He graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan and has been painting and writing since the 1970s. His works include the non-fiction comic "Yemeni Women", graphic novels "Aisha's World" and "Survival". In 2021, Bertotti adapted and illustrated the classic Love in the Time of Cholera.
