《走南闯北吃东西》是台湾资深美食家、餐饮评论家高文麒最新创作的美食随笔集，50篇文章囊括了高文麒对于诸多美食的品鉴与探索。虽是讲美食，但更渗透着不同地域的民风、民俗及文化背景，涉及生活情趣、养生休闲、人生志趣等诸多内容，美食的起源发展、搭配考究面面俱到，叙述者的经历、气息、温情亦流贯其间。
作者简介
高文麒，辅仁大学哲学硕士，斯坦福大学哲学研究所研究员，台湾知名媒体人，文化、美食专家。
曾从事出版集团财经主编、书店经理、咨询公司顾问、电视台策划、节目主持等工作。后转战美食业，从事餐饮策划设计、美食评论、饮食文化研究、自由撰稿等工作，担任纪录片《舌尖上的中国》《风味人间》美食顾问，以及多家餐饮企业高级顾问等职务。
著有《文化中国》《食乐指南》《魅力城市》《面食文化探索》等多个系列丛书，共逾30部作品。
"Travel north and south to eat" content introduction
"Food in the South" is the latest collection of food essays by veteran Taiwanese foodie and food critic Gao Wenqi. The 50 essays include Gao Wenqi's taste and exploration of many cuisines. Although it is about food, it is permeated with the folk customs, folk customs and cultural backgrounds of different regions, involving many contents such as life interest, health and leisure, life aspirations and so on. The origin, development and match of food are all covered, and the experience, atmosphere and warmth of the narrator also flow through it.
About the author
Gao Wenqi, Master of Philosophy at Fu Jen University, Research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy at Stanford University, is a well-known media personality in Taiwan and an expert on culture and food.
He has worked as financial editor of publishing group, bookstore manager, consulting company consultant, TV station planning, program host and so on. Later, he turned to the food industry, engaged in catering planning and design, food reviews, food culture research, freelance writing, etc., served as the food consultant for the documentary "A Bite of China" and "Flavor Man", and senior consultant for many catering enterprises.
He is the author of a series of books such as "Culture China", "Food Music Guide", "Charm City" and "Exploration of Pasta Culture", with a total of more than 30 works.
