程浩，毕业于美国杜克大学（Duke University），获计算机科学硕士。之后在硅谷工作，于2001年回国加入百度；2003年初和杜克大学同学邹胜龙联合创办迅雷，迅雷于2014年在美国NASDAQ上市。2016年1月28日，程浩正式宣布离职迅雷金。2018年5月2日，程浩宣布与田鸿飞、江平共同成立远望资本，聚焦于人工智能领域的投资。

Hao Cheng graduated from Duke University with a Master's degree in Computer science. He then worked in Silicon Valley before returning to China to join Baidu in 2001. In early 2003, he and Duke University classmate Zou Shenglong co-founded Xunlei, which was listed on NASDAQ in 2014. On January 28, 2016, Cheng Hao officially announced his resignation from Thunder Gold. On May 2, 2018, Cheng Hao announced the establishment of Yuanwang Capital with Tian Hongfei and Jiang Ping, focusing on investment in the field of artificial intelligence.
