高博洋，制片人，作家。北京电影学院文学系本科及硕士。曾任中影股份电影制片开发部副主任，现任中影股份电视公司总负责人、常务副总经理。
2016年曾出版软科幻小说《暂停时间的手表》。

About the author
Gao Boyang, producer, writer. Bachelor and Master degree in literature, Beijing Film Academy. He used to be the deputy director of the film production and development Department of China Film Corporation, and is now the general person in charge and executive deputy general manager of China Film Television Corporation.
In 2016, he published a soft science fiction novel, The Watch of Suspended Time.
